Here We Go Magic @ Black Cat (Washington, DC)

Here We Go Magic played at the Black Cat on a Monday of all days and brought in a surprising amount of people to the show for such an off day. Their music sounded quite ethereal with a bit more instrumental renditions to their songs than lyrics. They were a jam band.

To prep myself for the shoot, I did listen to a few of their songs on Spotify. They have a great flow to them that I like in music. Headed by Luke Temple, the band is still in its humble beginnings and still finding a concrete place to stand on – but they’ve surrounded themselves with great company and it’s only a matter of time…
